If you are facing a no connection issue while connecting to zain fiber, please make sure to check the following steps:

  1. Your Line must be active.

  2. If LOS light is off, please contact us.​​

  3. If LOS light is RED:

  • Check the FTTH cable and please prepare the serial number for the router which is start with 485 and contact us.​
