Slow Speed ?

If you are facing a slow speed issue while connecting to zain fiber, please make sure to check the following steps:

  1. Your Line must be active.

  2. Check quota from Zain account if consumed.

  3. If you are using VPN, please disable the app.
  4. Router Model is HG8245 or HG8245H (which means router's color is black) or HG8245Q (old router) must refer to the shop.
  5. IF you have an extender connected to the router, please disconnect it.
  6. Now you can test the speed through laptop or mobile, Make sure the test through speed test by ookla application and not tested through the website. Also, make sure that the server is Zain JO.
  7. If the speed doesn't match package, contact us.​
