5G Broadband Slow speed
If you are facing a slow speed issue while connecting to zain 5G broadband, please make sure to check the following steps:
1. Your Line must be active.
2. Your quota must be enough.
3. IF you are using VPN, please disable the app.
4. Test the speed by using speed test by ookla application:
- For outdoor devices please connect to the router through one device only and then test the speed.
- For Indoor and MiFi devices change the network mood to 5G only and then test the speed.

4G Broadband Slow speed
If you are facing a slow speed issue while connecting to zain 4G broadband, please make sure to check the following steps:
- Your Line must be active.
- Your quota must be enough.
- IF you are using VPN, please disable the app.
- The signal bars on the device must be 3 or more.
- Change network to 4G only if available based on your router model and test the speed by using speed test by ookla.
