Can't connect ?

5G Broadband Can't connect

If you are facing a no connection issue while connecting to zain 5G broadband, please make sure to check the following steps:

  1. Your Line must be active.

  2. Your quota must be enough.

  3. Check if the sim card is inserted correctly.

  4. For Indoor or MiFi devices, Reset the router, if still not solved, The line owner must visit any zain shop with his/her ID, device, and the SIM card to check the problem.
  5. For outdoor devices check the connected cable, If still not solved please contact us​.


4G Broadband Can't connect

If you are facing a no connection issue while connecting to zain 4G broadband, please make sure to check the following steps:

  1. Your Line must be active.

  2. Your quota must be enough (make sure that the remaining quota available to be used in all areas as the governorates quota can't be used inside Amman) .

  3. Check if the sim card is inserted correctly.
  4. Reset the MIFI or the router, if still not solved, The line owner must visit any zain shop with his/her ID, device, and the SIM card to check the problem.​
