5G Broadband Can't connect
If you are facing a no connection issue while connecting to zain 5G broadband, please make sure to check the following steps:
- Your Line must be active.

- Your quota must be enough.

- Check if the sim card is inserted correctly.
- For Indoor or MiFi devices, Reset the router, if still not solved, The line owner must visit any zain shop with his/her ID, device, and the SIM card to check the problem.
- For outdoor devices check the connected cable, If still not solved please contact us.
4G Broadband Can't connect
If you are facing a no connection issue while connecting to zain 4G broadband, please make sure to check the following steps:
- Your Line must be active.

- Your quota must be enough (make sure that the remaining quota available to be used in all areas as the governorates quota can't be used inside Amman) .

- Check if the sim card is inserted correctly.
