• If you've used up your data, you might have problems getting online.

• Sometimes, a device can auto-connect to the wrong provider's network especially when you are in a border area. This will stop your data from working.

1.   Check the network mode on your device, it should be selected to auto.

2.   If device is iPhone reset the network settings (settings - general - reset - reset network settings, noting that the settings will be set to default and the Wi-Fi password saved on your device will be erased) if device is Android or restart device.

Can't use the internet while roaming:

1.   Check you've got signal.
o   Make sure you don't have airplane or flight mode switched on – check your device settings.

o   Try to connect manually with one of preferred operator network.​
