Voice mail service has been developed to be used by subscribers, as a system that allows calls to be diverted for free to voicemail so that calls can be heard later.
To activate Voice Mail:
You can subscribe to this service by creating a mailbox by calling 1717 or by transferring calls to the number 00962790001722.
An alert text message will be sent to you when an audio message is left on your correspondence box.
To deactivate Voice Mail:
Subscriber must cancel all cases of transfers, and after 60 days, the voicemail will also be automatically deactivated.
To re-activate Voice Mail:
To re-activate the voicemail after 60 days, you must either call 1717 or transfer to the number 00962790001722
To activate or deactivate the Voice Mail service according to different transfer cases, please use the below codes, noting that symbols of the code should be entered from left to right
To check incoming voice mail from another phone:
Dial 1818, then enter * then your personal phone number, then # and enter the password, then #
To benefit from this service outside Jordan, call 00962790001818
The rate for calling 1717 and 1818 per minute is the same rate as calling Zain.
