Amman, 19 April 2025: As part of its ongoing commitment to advancing the sports sector in Jordan, particularly motorsports and motorcycle racing for their vital role in reinforcing the Kingdom's position on the global sports and tourism map, Zain Jordan has renewed its strategic partnership with Jordan Motorsport, a collaboration that has been in place for several years.
The agreement was signed at Zain's headquarters by Fahad Al Jasim, Zain Jordan CEO, and Zaid Balqez, Executive Director of Jordan Motorsport, in the presence of senior executives from both organizations.
Under the renewed agreement, Zain Jordan will continue to support and sponsor all events and championships organized by Jordan Motorsport throughout the year, including rally and motorsports championships. Among the highlights is the internationally recognized Jordan Baja Rally, one of the Kingdom's premier sporting events, which attracts participants and enthusiasts from around the world.
Zain reaffirmed its dedication to maintaining this strategic partnership as part of its broader efforts to support the development of Jordan's sports and tourism sectors. The partnership underscores Zain's contributions to positioning Jordan as a leading destination for sports tourism and adventure, which plays a key role in showcasing the country's diverse natural and touristic landscapes.
This partnership reflects Zain's contributions to develop and nurture the sports sector by supporting motorsport events that enjoy wide popularity across different age groups and among both men and women. Zain Jordan remains a steadfast supporter of the national sports movement through its organization and sponsorship of major sporting events and partnerships with key stakeholders. These include serving as the exclusive telecommunications sponsor of Jordan Basketball Federation, a Golden Sponsor of Jordan Olympic Committee, a strategic partner of Red Bull activities in the Kingdom, as well as sponsor of Jordan Riders Motorcycle Rally and Harley Owners Group (HOG) Rally.
