Each FTTH customer will receive a SMS that includes a promo code. Customer must share the promo code only with the recommended neighbor or friend, and once the recommended customer uses Zain portal or visits any Zain shop to subscribe to FTTH, he/she must enter the promo code or provide the shop representative or sales agent with the promo code. Once the sales process is done successfully, the existing customer will receive an SMS that he/she is eligible to receive a gift. The customer can choose the gift from Zain portal – account page, customer should log-in the portal with his/her FTTH account.
