This service enables subscribers to know the mobile numbers of calls received while their mobiles were turned off or out of reach or in case of transferred calls. Subscribers shall a text message containing the caller's number and the time of call/, according to the service activation method.

The service is available to all Zain subscribers.

To subscribe or unsubscribe:

Dial *163# to know the caller once (without subscription) at a cost of 6 piasters per message.

You can also subscribe to the service and unsubscribe by dialing *111# or by using ZainJo App.

The price of this service for prepaid costumers is 1 JD per monthly subscription, or customer can pay per each message received (6 piasters per message) without a monthly subscription, and 2JD as monthly subscription for Postpaid customers
