When a supplier submits the form, the information enlisted in the form will be part of Zain’s Potential Supplier Database. The Supplier Registration Form will be considered as a profile for your company that we can refer back to when any information is needed.

It is recommended that you log in and update your company information as deemed appropriate. Once the Supplier Registration Form is submitted, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your information
