For the first time Zain is introducing an unlimited (FREE) PREPAID pricing plan which includes the following:

• FREE 5 on net super ( special ) numbers
• 5 Piasters to any local destination ( Zain and other networks )
• 3 international super numbers

* Fair usage policy will be applicable which means that the subscriber will have up to 3000 minutes per month on these Zain special numbers.

General information:

To register the 5 free on net special numbers and the 3 International numbers the subscriber should call 1790.

Switching to Zain 5 will cost 2 Jds for all prepaid subscribers except for Ziyarah Subscribers it will cost 7 JDs.

There will be a weekly subscription of 1 JD for Zain 5 starting from the activation or change package date.In case there was not enough credit for the weekly subscription to be deducted, the subscriber will lose the privilege of calling his special numbers for free and will only be able to call all on-net ( including the special numbers ) and off-net with 5 piaster for 30 days , after this if the subscriber did not recharge again he will enter a 30 days grace period , then a reactivation period of 90 days and will lose any remaining balance.

If any subscriber switched out from Zain 5 to any other prepaid plan , he will be granted a 30 days validity.

General information:

The validity table needs to be right under the tariff table.
To register the super numbers, the subscriber should call 1790.

To get the 100 SMS package for 2 JDs, send SMS100 or 100 to 90090.
To know the balance of the remaining SMS package, send ZSMS to 90090.
The validity of the 100 SMS Package is 30 days from getting the last package.
The SMS Package is only applicable for local networks only and NOT International number.
The subscriber can still use the SMS package even if he/she has zero credits.

General information:

S7abak will only be sold to people under the age of 30; Customers wanting to join are required to show some form of ID to prove their age.
Subscribers on the other prepaid lines should come visit Zain shops in order to switch to the new s7abak.
This product has a JD2 monthly subscription deducted every 30 days.
In case there was not enough credit in the main wallet for the monthly subscription to be deducted, the subscriber will enter a 30 days grace period.
After the 30 days grace period if the monthly subscription has not been deducted, the subscriber will enter the reactivation period of 90 days.
In the grace period, the subscriber can only receive calls (i.e. can not make calls).
In the reactivation period, the subscriber can neither make nor receive calls, and will lose any remaining balance.
After the reactivation period, the subscribers’ line will be terminated if he/she did not pay the monthly subscription (no reactivation fees will apply).
To register the Super Numbers for free the subscriber can call 1790.
Modification of the super numbers costs JD1 per super number.
Subscriber should register the local super numbers before registering the international super number.
The total super numbers that the subscriber can register is only 7 super numbers.
