For the first of its kind facility in the region "​THE BUNKER", our highly skilled operations team is engaged 24x7x365 exploiting all service management software and tools to maintain a 99.982% uptime for you.

NOC Functions include:

 


  • Environmental monitoring: temperature, humidity, leak detection.

  • Datacenter Infrastructure monitoring: Power, UPS & generators, cooling systems, fire systems and cabinets' sensors.  

  • CCTV: Live cameras feed inside The Bunker.

  • Network and infrastructure Monitoring: internet & connectivity links, firewalls, routers, switches, servers, storage & applications.

  • ITSM: IT service management tools to follow-up on support tickets, new requests, change & configuration management.​​

  1. Remove and install interface cards

    3. Verify cable integrity on installed media
    4. Extend patch cables from the patch panel to equipment
  4. Install, replace or remove equipment, such as a router, switch card, disk drive, memory, etc.
  5. Assist with uncrating equipment from boxes and ship replaced equipment.
