Dead Sea, November 19, 2025:
Zain Jordan sponsored the “C8 2025 Conference and Exhibition on Cybersecurity Progress, Innovation, and Technology,” which kicked off yesterday under the patronage of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, at the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Center at the Dead Sea. The event was organized by the National Cyber Security Center, the Jordan Design and Development Bureau (JODDB), and SOFEX Jordan.
Zain’s sponsorship of this important regional event, which runs until November 20, comes as part of its commitment to supporting the Kingdom’s digital transformation journey and strengthening Jordan’s position as a regional hub for technology and innovation. The event serves as a leading platform showcasing the latest advancements in cybersecurity and cutting-edge technology.
This participation aligns with the Royal directives and the vision of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II to develop national capabilities, empower the digital economy, and enhance an advanced infrastructure capable of keeping pace with rapid technological progress.
Zain’s involvement also reflects its dedication to supporting national efforts aimed at building a safe and sustainable digital environment through providing integrated solutions in telecommunications, information technology, cybersecurity, and digital transformation — serving various sectors and enhancing their readiness to keep up with the revolution in communications and technology.
As part of its participation, Zain featured a booth at the exhibition, where it showcased a wide range of its latest business solutions and ICT services, highlighting its leadership in introducing cutting-edge innovations to the Jordanian market. The showcased solutions included Wi-Fi networks, access points, signal extenders, network switches, AI-powered CCTV surveillance systems with facial recognition, access control systems using cards, fingerprint, and facial recognition, interactive display screens, VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) solutions, facial recognition time attendance systems, Fortinet firewall solutions, and advanced digital monitoring systems (SOC & NDR).
Zain also dedicated a space within its booth to two startups supported under the Zain Innovation Campus (ZINC) that specialize in cybersecurity — Skidz and Avancer — giving them the opportunity to present their work to conference participants. This initiative aimed to connect them with business leaders and professionals in the field, encourage knowledge exchange, and help them showcase their services to investors, thereby expanding their business scope. This reflects Zain’s ongoing role in supporting Jordan’s entrepreneurship ecosystem and developing national talent in key strategic fields.
