 One Network

A borderless mobile phone network that spans the Zain Group, One Network enables customers to move freely between countries in which the Group operates.

Customers using the One Network can move freely between countries that are part of the Zain Group, and enjoy the same prices and services as local customers of the network in the country they are visiting.

All Zain Jordan customers - Prepaid and Postpaid - in the Middle East and Africa using ‘One Network’ can make local calls and send messages at local rates, receive incoming calls *free of charge from all Zain networks across the World, use GPRS services (access the internet, email, BlackBerry and Send *MMS messages) as per local visited network tariffs. Customers will not need to change their device settings, and they can access home country services and use local vouchers to top up their balance.

Countries currently participating in the ‘One Network’:

Middle East: Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Iraq, Sudan, Palestine (Jawal) and Kuwait*

Africa: Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Niger, Chad, Malawi, Gabon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Congo Brazzaville and Burkina Faso.
