• In case there is not enough credit in the internet balance to renew the subscription, the remaining balance will be deducted from the calls balance.

• SMS is rated based on number of characters (English text range 1- 160 characters & Arabic text range is less than 70 characters) is considered one SMS. 
• Additional internet bundles can be purchased via *079# or Zain Jo App.

• Data is rated up to 10bytes upon each internet session.

“Zain Cash" promotion terms and conditions: 

• This campaign is exclusively for customers with zain international line 9.
• Customers must have an active Zain Cash wallet to participate in and benefit from the promotion.
• Customers who make international remittance transactions through the Zain Cash App will receive monthly cashback on remittance fees of up to 2 JOD for up to 6 months.
• After every 3 consecutive months of usage, customers will receive one top-up promo code, with a maximum of 2 promo codes during the campaign period.
• Each promo code provides a 10% discount on a Zain Cash top-up transaction, capped at 1 JOD, and is valid for one month from the date it is sent to the customer.
• Only international remittance transactions are eligible; local remittance transactions are excluded.

• Cashback will be credited within two weeks after the end of each eligible month.
