Points earned can be exchanged for services and products from Zain such as free airtime and vouchers which can be used to buy mobile handsets at Zain shops.

Rules & regulations
- Redemption of points may not be combined with any other promotional offers from Zain
- All points earned are valid for 24 months.
- Membership and points are personal to each customer and are not transferable.
- If the payment of the invoice is made later than 30 days from the date of the invoice, no points will be awarded for that month.
- Change of mobile number or package of subscription will not affect the points that are already accumulated.
- Zain reserves the right at any time to terminate this program, update it, or change it including but not limited to the rewards structure regardless of the accumulated points or awards entitled to the program member, and without prior notification. In the event of program termination all points accumulated by the members will be canceled. Zain shall not be liable for any loss or damage what so ever resulting from such termination, change, or updating.
- All taxes on the awards are to be borne by the beneficiary.
- Prepaid, Sadiq, CUG and JMTS customers are not eligible to participate in this program.
- The customer will not receive points for the period he/she was suspended, but any points collected prior to that will be kept for future use.
- Under the Kurmalak Program, you receive points according to preset categories that you meet. (Please see categories and corresponding points table). The points will be posted to your monthly invoice where you will be informed of points earned on a monthly basis in addition to total accumulated points. You may also be awarded points in connection with certain events and/or promotions, as determined by Zain from time to time and communicated to you via your monthly Kurmalak Program statement that accompanies your monthly invoice.
- Participation. To qualify for participation in the Kurmalak Program, you must be an active Zain subscriber in good standing (current with payments)
- Redemption. You must be a customer of good standing (current with payments) to receive points and redeem your points for rewards under the Program.
- Rewards of products and services are subject to availability. Zain reserves the right to substitute an award of equal value in the event that the chosen award is unavailable.
- Should you terminate your Zain account while it is in good standing and is not delinquent or otherwise in default (current with payments) under the terms and conditions of your Zain contract, any accumulated Zain Reward points may be redeemed for up to ninety (90) days thereafter. Points not redeemed for rewards within that ninety (90) day period are forfeited.
- Reward points have no cash value, are non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed either in whole or in part for cash or any other remuneration except rewards designated by Zain.
- Point Discrepancies. Point discrepancies must be brought to Zain’s attention no later than thirty (30) days from the date of your points statement or transaction for which an adjustment is sought in order for any appropriate adjustment to be made.
- Disqualification. Zain reserves the right to disqualify any person and/or account from participation in the Program, refuse to award or redeem points if, such account is not in good standing (not current with payment) or any person using such account has violated any of the terms, conditions, and/or purpose of the account and/or program.
